From Rt. 5 & 20 head south on St. Rt. 364 and continue on 364 for 12.1 miles. As you come to the town of Middlesex the Church will be on the right.

From Penn Yan, NY
Take NY 364 West and follow the signs for 5.2 miles. Turn left to stay on NY 364 and continue for another 3.2 miles. Turn right onto Water Street / NY 364 and go .4 mile and the Church will be in front of you at the corner of St. Rt. 364 and West Ave.

From Naples, NY
Take Rushville Rd. / NY 245 Northeast for 8.8 miles. Turn left ontoWater St. / NY 364 and travel .4 of a mile and the church will be in front of you at the corner of St. Rt. 364 and West Ave.

From Geneva, NY
From Rt. 5 & 20 take NY-14A/NY-245/State Route 14A and go 3.0 miles. Make a slight right at NY-245/State Route 245 and continue to follow NY-245 for 11.3 miles. Turn left at N Main St/NY-245/NY-247 and travel .4 mile. Turn right at Gilbert St/NY-245. Continue to follow NY-245 going 5.0 miles. Turn right at NY-364/Water St and go .4 mile and the Church will be in front of you at the corner of St. Rt. 364 and West Ave.
